The Liquid Houses nationwide network is driven in part by our relationships with Realtors and experienced promoters in markets across the US that work directly with investor clients.  If you are a Realtor or investment property consultant, we welcome the opportunity to work with you. Liquid Houses offers several ways for our partners to earn--in short, we pay full buyer side commissions for investors you bring and assist with the sales processes. If you simply prefer to just provide a introductory connection between your investors our programs, we will work with the client directly and still pay referral fees for every time one of your investors decides to make a property purchase.
